An Abuja Federal High Court has sentenced Charles Okah to life imprisonment for his role in the 2010 Independence Day bombing in Abuja
- He was sentenced alongside his co-accused, Obi Nwabueze

Charles Okah, the alleged mastermind of the 2010 Independence Day bombing in Abuja, has been sentenced to life imprisonment, Premium Times reports.

The sentence was reportedly handed out on Wednesday evening, March 7, by the Federal High Court in Abuja.
9jahitplay.com gathers that Charles, the younger brother of Henry Okah, was sentenced alongside Obi Nwabueze, his co-accused for the crime.
Henry Okah had also been sentenced for a similar crime in South-Africa, where he resided.
The 2010 Independence Day bombing in Abuja led to the deaths of a dozen people at the Eagles Square.
