According to our eye witness , the guy with umbrella was walking down from the bridge the the police in Uniform stopped him and started asking him what he has in his pocket before his eyes, the guy brought out his purse to his surprise the police took his purse and remove his ATM card and directed him to follow him down the bridge under the tree were those ones not on uniform are. Sorry for the bad picture quality because its raining and in the car.
