An unnamed Nigerian woman has been arrested following her alleged attack against her husband who has been declared dead. According to reports, Olumide Ayeni, tied the knot with his wife in February with whom he has two children.
Tragedy however occurred in the late hours of July 3, when Ayeni was allegedly murdered by his wife. Reports claim, the jealous wife had seen her husband with another lady, and picked a fight with him when he got home.
In the heat of the argument, she attacked him with a knife, and ended up stabbing him in the chest. The injured Olumide was rushed to a hospital close to their Lagos Island home where he eventually bled to death.
