One Mr Victor Dele Awolusi an Ekiti man a landlord at no 5. Community Avenue off Anglican grammar School road ota, Sango Ogun State, has allegedly set one of his tenants Property on fire, the tenant Mr David olugbenga, a family man with kids, he stays in one of the apartment in the above address.
The said tenant had a disagreement with the Landlord on when will he( the tenant) move out of the his house ..
According to report sent to Naijahitplay through his immediate elder Sister, Mr Victor Dele Awolusi, the landlord gave a quick notice which was not listed in the tenancy agreement and this lead to the disagreement between the landlord and his younger brother...
